ALL ORDERS:

Every order placed with SR Max goes into process immediately. Within 2 hours of the time you place your order, it is into our system and sent to the warehouse for picking. If the shoe is in stock, it is shipped immediately... usually the same day. 

ADDITIONAL TRACKING FOR WEBSITE ORDERS:

You will be sent immediate confirmation that we have received your order. Within 8 business hours, we send a follow up e-mail confirming the price and the location your order is shipping from. 

Most orders are shipped immediately. For the occasional out-of-stock website order, we will e-mail back within 8 business hours to let you know the expected delivery date. We will also suggest an alternate style.
