All NEW shoes may be returned to SR Max for exchange or credit within 60 days from purchase. We
recommend trying your new shoes out at home on a clean and dry surface to verify a proper fit before wearing them into the workplace. This way if you need to return your shoes for a different size or style, the shoe can be returned for a full credit. Shoes worn into a work environment cannot be credited or exchanged.
Defective Footwear:
If a shoe is less than 6 months old and in our determination shows normal wear, we will issue a
full refund or 100% store credit towards a replacement.
Worn Out:
No exchange or credit is given on shoes worn out or ruined due to work environment.
RETURN PROCEDURES
In the event that a shoe needs to be returned to SR Max due to a sizing or style exchange, SR Max will pay for the cost of shipping any replacement shoe from SR Max to you. SR Max does not pay the cost of “return shipping” on shoes shipped from the customer to SR Max.
To return a shoe to our facilities for a credit or exchange, please ship the shoe along with a copy of your original paperwork, and our return form which can be found online at www.srmax.com under the customer service/return policy & procedures link. Return shoes to the following address:
