Shipping Policies

Our website never sleeps! Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our corporate offices are open Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST (excluding holidays).

Once you submit your online order, you will receive an automated e-mail with your purchase summary. Online orders are typically processed by our customer service department within 4 business hours, and usually ship the same day if the shoe is in stock.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a UPS shipment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of your order.

In the event that the footwear you purchased is not in stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to update you with the status of your order. We may even suggest an alternate in-stock style if there happens to be a long delay with the availability of the footwear you request.
