Who is SR Max®? At first glance, that might sound like a silly question because, of course, we’re a slip-resistant shoe company. Well, yes … but that doesn’t quite get to the heart of the matter. 

SR Max® is first and foremost in the business of service. While we focus tirelessly on helping you ensure employee safety through our custom slip-resistant shoe programs, service is what we live for. It’s all a part of our family-first culture, which is a direct byproduct of being family-owned and operated. For one thing, it shapes how we see our customers. Boosting compliance is all about getting the right info and tools into your employees’ hands. To help with this effort, we design custom purchasing websites stocked with your pre-approved styles and with subsidy/benefit tracking built right in. Our marketing team goes the extra mile to provide you with custom catalogs, custom flyers, and virtually anything under the sun to help get your team excited about their slip-resistant shoe program.

Rigorous Standards.

 One of the most valuable ways we serve our customers is by maintaining strict slip-resistant standards. ASTM is a good start, but it isn’t enough. That’s why we test each shoe we sell to ensure it excels on dry, wet, oily, and oily/wet surfaces. We won’t accept anything less than that either. We’ve even turned down shoes from top brands that were likely to be big sellers because they didn’t meet our slip resistant testing requirements. Since many so-called slip-resistant shoes out there are subpar, we offer MaxTRAX®, our own patented slip-resistant outsole that performs phenomenally in independent testing. Not only that but it’s trusted by many of our favorite brands: Timberland PRO®, SKECHERS Work, Reebok Work and Wolverine®, to name a few. We believe in our products so much that every pair is covered by a $5,000 slip-and-fall indemnity, a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 6-month defect warranty

 

Transparency. 

Honesty is always the best policy. We know what it’s like having to hunt for a product, deal with multiple coupon codes just to get a reasonable price, and then realize your selection is on backorder. It’s frustrating, but there’s a better way. We say, just be upfront about everything. So, we always give you our best price without the hassle of coupons, keep 375k shoes in-stock and ready to ship, maintain 5 distribution centers to cut delivery time, and show exactly what’s in-stock on our product pages.
