Our website never sleeps! Orders can be place on line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our corporate offices are open Monday–Friday, 8am-6pm EST (excluding holidays).
Our carrier only delivers Monday - Friday (business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Shipping may also be delayed due to inclement weather) Please also note that the day the shoe ships is not counted as a shipping day.
You must place your order before 2:00 pm EST Monday-Friday for the expedited shipping options of Next day Air, 2nd day shipping. Next Day and 2nd Day Air are only available for shoes we have in stock. Orders placed for in stock shoes after 2pm on Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not refund shipping charges even if they are delayed to inclement weather or Holidays.
Once you submit your online order, you will receive an automated e-mail with your purchase summary. Online orders are typically processed by our customer service department within 24-48 business hours.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a shipment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of your order.
In the event that the footwear you purchased is not in stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to update you with the status of your order. We may even suggest an alternate in-stock style if there happens to be a long delay with the availability of the footwear you request.
Please note that our carrier only ships to physical locations. Contact our corporate office at 1-877-776-2933 or email@example.com if you have any questions about shipping to a P.O. box, shipping outside the continental United States, overnight shipping or two day air options. You will incur additional charges for shipping outside of the continental United States, overnight shipping, and/or two day air options.
At this time we are unable to ship to a PO Box. We do apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to resolve this.
At this time we are unable to ship to Canada. We hope to rectify this issue in the near future. In the meantime we do have selected styles on Amazon as they do ship to Canada.
International Shipping Policy
SR Max Slip Resistant Shoe Company ships internationally through USPS. Rates vary depending on location, and you will need to call customer service at 1-877-776-2933 to get a shipping quote. This quote does not include duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
Orders must be paid with US currency before the order can ship. SR Max Slip Resistant Shoe Company does not bill customers for items that are back-ordered. If an order has been cancelled due to item availability, your account will not be charged.
