Cory, a manger from Eat N Park, called requesting a copy of a receipt from a credit card purchase made with the store’s p-card. The only problem was that he had little to no information about the order. All he knew was that it was used and how much was spent and roughly when. Iliana did not give up looking for the order and consistently asked probing questions to attempt to locate it. After 13 minutes of being on the phone with him, she was able to finally narrow it down and email him a copy of the ticket he needed. Cory said that “Iliana ROCKS! I wanted to let you all know how awesome she was!
Ross from MRI called wanting to place an order for an employee. After placing an order, he then expressed his frustration about wanting to order shoes for himself and never finding anything in a 14 wide. Iliana directed him to look online and narrow his search by size and width. He admitted that he never thought about doing this as he always looked in the catalog. He asked for her to walk her thru putting the filters on online and he was able to find a pair that he was very interested in ordering. He then proceeded with placing the order with Iliana over the phone stating, “You are doing a great job and please tell your manager that I appreciate you!”
Thank you very much for carrying this type of sneaker in a 12 Wide width shoe. I have been trying to find a wide sneaker like this one for a while now, to help my sore toes that come from wearing a ‘skinny’ sneaker, so I just wanted to give you guys a call and say thank you very much for carrying this type of product, I really appreciate it, and that I hope you continue to do so.
