Return Policies

All NEW shoes may be returned to SR max for exchange or credit up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Shoes worn into the work environment cannot be credited or exchanged unless utilizing the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee program. We recommend trying your new shoes out at home on a clean, dry surface to verify proper fit before wearing them into the workplace. This way, if you need to return you shoe for a different size or style, the shoe can be returned for a full credit(minus any applicable shipping or processing fees).

Defective Footwear

If a shoe is less than 6 months old and, in our determination, shows normal wear, we will issue a full refund or 100% store credit towards a replacement.

Worn Out

No exchange or credit is given on shoes worn out or ruined due to work environment.

Return Procedures

In the event that you choose to return a shoe to SR Max due to a sizing or style exchange, SR Max will pay for the cost of shipping any replacement shoe from SR Max to you. SR Max includes return labels with ALL of our orders, making it quick and easy to exchange shoes! It is important to note that if you are returning an item a for credit or refund, a return processing fee will be applied. All refunds will be the original cost of the shoes, minus the processing fee. This does not include the original shipping cost, which will not be refunded. In order to locate your order information quickly, please include a return form and/or your original paperwork and the shoes you wish to return.
